Concentrated grapes, rich in aromas and bursting with flavour, offering a promising glimpse of a 2026 vintage full of character.  <br\/>At Ch\u00e2teau Puyfromage, the harvest is the culmination of a year of hard work, observation and patience. It means adapting to the whims of the weather, carefully monitoring grape ripeness and choosing just the right moment to pick them. <br\/>Once the grapes have been brought in, the adventure continues in the winery.
