A Day in the Heart of the Harvest
90 participants, our vineyard team, pruning shears, sunshine and plenty of good cheer!<br/>This year, we opened the doors of our vineyard for a day unlike any other: The Puyfromage Experience – Chapter 1, an invitation to experience the grape harvest from the inside.
For one day, our guests joined our team in their daily work, discovered the traditional techniques of grape picking and took part in this very special moment in the life of the château.<br/>After all that hard work, it was time to relax and enjoy! Everyone gathered around the harvest table to continue the conversations and share a delicious, convivial meal, just the way we like it at Puyfromage.<br/>Much more than a simple vineyard visit, this day was above all an opportunity to meet, share our passion and offer a behind-the-scenes glimpse into our world of winemaking.
And the experience doesn’t end here!
Next up: welcoming our participants back to the winery to discover the art of wine blending alongside our oenologist. Another opportunity to understand how different grape varieties express their unique characteristics and how the perfect balance of a wine is achieved.<br/><br/>
